Scotiabank Senior Manager interview questions

I got the interview by reaching out to the direct superior of the position. He called me in, invited a director to participate who had a similar position opened. Questions were basic, mostly about my background. I went prepared to the interview to display how my past experience related to the job posting, as I had never worked in the financial industry before. I was invited to continue in the process, had another 2 interviews, the last one with the VP. Important to notice that between the first and second interview there was a 5 week hiatus and because of the long wait I reached out to the interviewer for some feedback which seemed to kick things of again.

Was called in for a senior manager role which soon turned out into a senior engineer role. The hiring architect was particular on hiring someone who can follow through his architecture since he felt the consultants they hired were questioning his decision.
