-asked a few questions (such as my personal age and name and address)
-asked my experience (how many years I’ve been an optometrist)
-why I want to do optometry (including the grades I’ve received)
-how I may react to certain scenarios
One on one. This was just a general discussion with the regional manager on what you are after, what you are keen to learn, what locations you're interested in, what skills you have and would like to develop, etc. They just want to get to know you. This was before COVID however so may have changed.
Typical interview process. Straight forward and general behavioral questions. Felt more on the casual side and was a one on one with the hiring manager. Good experience overall and heard back relatively quickly.
