Specsavers Optical Assistant interview questions

You are contacted by recruitment and asked to go for an interview. They go through how you would handle specific tasks and how you would handle difficult customers. Then the recruitment team contact you and ask for you to go for a trial day which is roughly a two hour trial to see how you feel about the job however it is more to see how well you handle yourself in a busy environment.
