I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Spring Health

Applied online after employee referral. CEO emailed me within a day and put me in touch with hiring manager. I sent times when I'd be available to interview to hiring manager, followed-up multiple times, never got a response after two weeks. Emailed the CEO back asking what happened...she said the hiring manager "spoke with me and was concerned with my lack of experience"...but I literally never spoke to the hiring manager and then they lied to me (or were just wrong) after ghosting for 2 weeks! No apology for the delay in response or miscommunication. Completely unprofessional.
