Interview was pretty straightforward, yet did not go into enough detail such as pay, probation, and training. I was hired yet was told I needed to have my CPT renewed (over $300) in 90 days and training would be out of town, expenses paid, however inconvenient for me. They gave no info on the training and changed the date on me last minute. Not only that, I'd only be paid $12 hourly during training at about 15 hrs a week. After that, $14 hrs. Then I found out that they hired me to work at another location than the one I applied for which would cost me transportation expenses...So, this job would cost me initially instead of pay me. They want to pay a Flexologist a wage that is below what a Personal Trainer makes and that did not sit well with me as the work is very much like that of personal Training and you need to work up to build your clientele, which is cool if you don't need paid right away and want to do this on the side of your Training Clients. Additionally, I came down with COVID and needed recovery time. They said to reach out when I could start, yet when I finally did, they "decided to go forward with other candidates" haha...
