Interview
Initial interview with branch owner over zoom and it was about half hour or so. Pretty standard interview questions and just learning about company and role. Then second interview on-site with owner, manager, and lead flexologist where they asked me a few more standard questions and we got more acquainted and they had me practice some of the stretches. Then offer!
Very casual, not a lot of interview questions, more so getting to know goals and expectations from both sides, like how long I expect to keep my employment there, what my next career goals are, and where that leaves StretchLab etc

Question 1
What my availability is like and if I was willing to travel to another location.
I had an initial Zoom screening with one of the owners, and then in person interview at the studio a few days later. I had to demonstrate a couple of stretches that I was shown by the employee.
It was straight forward with lots of opportunities for questions. Job is primarily focused on knowledge of anatomy and fitness. It helps to have a background in fitness or health industry.
