Interview
They asked me to tell them about myself and just were incredibly friendly. I was very nervous as this was my first job interview but there was nothing to stress over because the manager and franchise owner couldn’t have been nicer to me.
Very casual, not a lot of interview questions, more so getting to know goals and expectations from both sides, like how long I expect to keep my employment there, what my next career goals are, and where that leaves StretchLab etc

Question 1
What my availability is like and if I was willing to travel to another location.
I had an initial Zoom screening with one of the owners, and then in person interview at the studio a few days later. I had to demonstrate a couple of stretches that I was shown by the employee.
It was straight forward with lots of opportunities for questions. Job is primarily focused on knowledge of anatomy and fitness. It helps to have a background in fitness or health industry.
