I applied online. I interviewed at TP ICAP in Mar 2015
Interview
telephone interview from HR, lasted 20 mins, pretty standard questions what do you know about ICAP, who're the competitors, describe yourself in 3 words, why do you want to work here. The interviewer was rude, she yawned down the phone at one point, quite off putting in your first ever telephone interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TP ICAP (New York, NY) in Apr 2012
Interview
Basically, the phone interview is all about the company. You should know everything about the company, the position and the department... The second round is composed of group task, personality test, quant test and interviews. The work culture is as strong as that on the trading floor. If you like it, you would be successful. If not, just don't take the offer.
