Applied through a recruiting firm. They scheduled a phone interview with Options Clearing Corporation. Basically had a one hour phone screen with department manager, other managers, technical leads and designers. The decision was made quickly immediately after phone interview.

First round interview was very easy. Talked about company culture and goals and my relevant experience. They also explained the next step would be meeting the rest of the team. Ended up declining next round due to another offer

Interview process was smooth and Technical and Hiring manager interview went well. But After the interview, I followed up with the recruiter multiple times, but never received any feedback or communication about next steps. Overall, the process was unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company."
