Met with the plant HR who reviewed my resume, then gave a very detailed job description for being a plant supervisor. He asled about my past positions and why I wanted a change of careers from a desk job. Once he was sure I was committed to a more blue collar job I met with plant management and was offered the position.

He had only basic questions about my past experience and I just had to convince him I was hands on was capable of manual labor.
Phone screen then on-site interview. Very organized, and the interview team was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the tour of the facility. Individual giving the tour was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions.
