UC Davis Health Patient Service Representative interview questions

I had two interviews, one through zoom and the other in person. I had three team members ask me a couple questions about my past work experiences and asked how I handle certain situations like difficult customers/ patients. After the interview I was told they would reach out, but I never heard back.

The interview process was fairly simple. They give you a call to confirm you are still interested and send a link via email to schedule an interview that suits your preference. There's usually 2-3 people interviewing you. They ask about 10 questions and write down your answers and take notes as you go. They are very kind and informative if you have any questions.
