This interview was part of an Operational Leadership Job Fair hosted by Universal to find new talent to place within their Volcano Bay theme park. Based on the resume I submitted on line I was invited for an interview. When I arrived for my interview I felt as if it was a cattle call & I was just one of several hundred people. After the interview I began to wonder why they'd even extended an invitation to me because I was told within the interview that they were looking for managers who had previous experience supervising 100+ subordinates. Having worked only for small privately held companies in the past, of course I did not have experience supervising such a vast number of people. It was just disheartening that there was no consideration for my experience or recognition that my abilities might convey to a different workplace environment.
