I applied online. I interviewed at Vendasta (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2014
Interview
Fairly intense interview. Was made to do a piece of work - found out they had let go of four people prior, and were 'paranoid' normally I refuse to do 'unpaid assignments' - but thought I could use it on the online portfolio. The EA messed up the second portion of the interview, letting me sit for two hours, waiting for a twenty minute skype call. Lost patience and stopped caring at that point - nobody apologised for letting me sit out. Self important. Negative impact and impression of the company after they could not reschedule, or respect my time. Nobody bothered to telll me yes or no, at that point. I was 'meh' anyways.
