Interview
Initial telephone screening followed by a request for a timed sample development. (I ran out of time but submitted my intended solution by email)
In-person meeting comprised two interviews. Initially HR then a technical interview. Technical interviewers weren't nearly as smart as they thought they were :-(

Question 1
How to approach an incremental development for a store of random numbers: idea was to see whether the number was already present and if not, to add to the store.
Initially small and sparse, then number of data increased.
Finally generate sample code in a language of my choice.
round 1 is of aptitudes and fundamentals
round 2 is completely GD
round 3 is technical HR
round 4 is general HR and salary discussion and further general questions on team info and work culture
