Interview
First a Phone screen was scheduled. Pretty smooth standard phone screen walking through my experience. A phone interview is then scheduled and if that goes well a final face to face interview is then scheduled. Very standard process. STAR type interview and “sell me this” scenario.
First: phone screening with recruiter was comfortable and straight to the point. I needed some more information that the recruiter needed to go ask the sales/hiring managers for and the recruiter got back to me almost immediately. Scheduled the second step: on-site interview with 2 managers with great questions, some unique questions, tough, but another comfortable setting. The recruiter got back to me quickly to start the reference & background check. Received an offer a few days later and still had some unanswered questions, but the recruiter was very diligent on getting those answered. It is a new position so a couple of answers were vague and generic, which I understand. Overall, a good experience. They have their ducks in a row. Unfortunately, a few missing pieces for me to accept the offer
