I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied on line creating a profile for the application. HR contacted me concerning the interview. I was given a date and time for the interview and the name of the hiring manager. When I arrived for the interview, I was met by the hiring manager and escorted to a conference room. There were three people handling the interview. Alternating questions by the panel kept me a little off balance. Although I fielded the questions fairly well, I'm sure they saw I was a little uncomfortable.
I did not get the job. I spoke to one of the people giving the interview. The job went to someone who was already doing the job as Supervisor. I was in the running because of my prior work experience. The inter was invaluable. Each time you complete an interview, insight of the hiring manager gives you an opportunity to see a little more about the company and where they want to take it.
