Interview
The hiring process consisted of phone screens, an on-site meeting with the executives and teams followed by a call to discuss the role and the opportunity to join. The phone screens were with the recruiter as well as the founders. The onsite interview was with the CMO, CTO and others on the Customer Success team.

Question 1
The questions weren't difficult if you spent the time preparing. They wanted to make sure the candidate was somewhat tech savvy. It is helpful to know and understand multi-tenant infrastructures as well as API's and integrations. It is key to know what WebDAM does, how they fit in the marketplace and some recent news.

I'm still in the interview process, I'm not sure if I will get an offer, however so far I had a very positive impression about the company, people are very friendly and collaborative, from the internal recruiters to the top management everyone is well organized and welcoming, now I understand why the company has a high score here in Glassdoor. Well done keep it up!
