I had to write a review about this company's exceptional interview process. The recruiter was responsive and arranged for an interview on a very short notice, owing to my other commitments. The interview was a very organized multi-step process, which gave me a good view into how the company must be functioning (read - organized, great people and product). The steps involved a phone interview, followed by onsite 1:1 interviews with several people on the team, a cognitive test, and giving a small presentation. They really covered all the bases before choosing the candidate and while other companies might be doing that, the speed at which they did all this was amazing! I was thoroughly impressed with the HR/Recruiter, who did not keep me waiting/hanging for the decision and respected my time. Overall, I give them 5 stars for the interview process.
