I applied on LinkedIn. Their internal recruiter contacted me after a few days. He was very warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable over the phone. The conversation we had intrigued me to do more research on the company. Next he scheduled me to talk to their Operations Manager two days later. At this point they had me sold and I really wanted to meet the CEO. I was very close to an offer with another company so I asked the recruiter how fast they could move. From the initial point of contact to offer stages the process took 11 business days. Every step of the interview process was polished and I have no complaints. I felt genuinely welcomed into the WebDAM family. I declined an offer with a very large successful social media company in Menlo Park to come to WebDAM and could not be happier with my choice.
