Had a phone screen with the Recruiter first. That led to a phone interview with the Hiring Manager that same week. Both were very personable and easy to talk to, I was able to get a good feel of what the job was about. Then I was asked to come in for an in-person interview the next week. This in person interview lasted two hours, met with 4 different people: 2 recruiters, the hiring manager, and another person in the department that did a similar job to the one I was applying to. As I left, I was told that I would hear from them by Tuesday (interviewed Friday morning). Got a call from the Recruiter on Tuesday and got a verbal offer, got an offer letter at the end of that week.
