Interview
Round one was a phone interview. Really quick and easy, just asking questions to see if you knew about the company and the position in general.
Round two was in-person at the Denver office. Asked some general interview questions like difficult situations I've had to overcome, team projects in school, stuff like that.
Round three was on Google Hangouts with some of the partners. At this point they just wanted to make sure I was passionate about the company and give me a lot of time to ask them questions.

Interview
I interviewed for a role at Xero. The interview process felt heavily focused on STAR method and structured responses rather than evaluating actual skills and experience. Also, Interviewer was late to join.
I was told I had the right skills, leadership experience, and was overall suitable for the role ( was doing same from past 4+ years), but was rejected due to longer answers and not following the exact STAR format. It felt like the process prioritised format over substance.
Recruiter was kind enough to offer feedback, which was appreciated. If you're interviewing here, I'd recommend DON'T,
