etrailer Customer Service Representative interview questions

You complete an application in person on the computer. You have to type a sample business email and respond to customer service questions. Come prepared because I am pretty sure this is timed. After you complete the application you talk to a manager for a few minutes. They just ask basic questions about availability and experience. If you are called back for an interview, it is a panel type interview. The questions were very customer service focused and the atmosphere was friendly.
