Interview
I had a quick 15 minute interview with a woman named Jennifer, she was very friendly and set up an in person interview. I got there and she was waiting for me outside. She gave me a quick tour of the department I'd be working in and took me to a room for a meeting with two managers. They proceeded to ask me questions off a piece of paper and were writing down the answers as I was giving them. It was about a good 10-15 questions. After that we did an exercise where I was navigating their website finding answers to questions they had, kind of like a role play type of thing. I absolutely nailed btw. I also had to write a pretend email to a customer answering their question about a product. Anyways, they stepped outside for a few minutes and Jennifer came back and stated they needed more time to think about it. 😂 At that moment I knew I didn't get the job because they offer positions right after the interview. Their loss not mine.

Interview
It was a virtual interview after filling out an application that was unnecessary because it was just copying my resume into their screen. The interview lasted about 20 mins and was one on one.

Done remote due to covid. So far pretty easy and the questions are pretty basic interview questions and can be done with a cell phone. Seems like a nice environment.
