Pros

Smart, driven and nice company of people whom make you feel valued but most importantly management is amazing. After working with the company you have a high likelihood to be promoted quickly within the company. Everyone is really great. I've been so blessed to be able to adjust my work schedule to accommodate my daughters school schedule. Especially with COVID. I have been able to consistently work from home and manage three times my usual amount of work. I am truly grateful to work at 1st Security Bank.
