CEO will actually talk to you, happily! Inclusive, supportive environment. 90% of the people in the company are phenomenal. They don't require aggressive pointless sales.

Cons

Small company - everyone talks. They don't pay enough, but have profits every year. Letting multiple lower level employees get fired, or quit, without taking a good, hard look at the leadership of that location. A handful of extremely toxic individuals that are so good at fooling upper management that they are trusted, instead of the multiple people leaving the team.

easy job, friendly coworkers. They match your 401k contributions which is pretty much unheard of.

Cons

Very disorganized I would never bank here personally. Low pay, I was paid 14 per hour.
