Business Outlook
Pros
-Good Staff that cares for you, even if some branches are understaffed and its hard to even get a sick day it's still fun (when I'm not sick) -Good Pay, a little less than what I made at my last job, but it works. -Good People, good values, good beliefs.
Cons
-I really have nothing terrible to say other than the fact that we need better sick paid days off. It can be serious when people are sick and can develop into horrible situations for certain people. Regardless how the rest of the nation works we should have decent paid sick days.
