Unsure of what the bank's growth strategy is, technology could use some updating to keep up with competitors, and adapt better to the quick growth. Pay is on the low end with minimal raises compared to most in the banking industry, and quickly becoming below a livable wage. Work from home opportunities and work/life balance is becoming rare, contrary to competitors in the area. Many things are piece-meal together, departments are silos. Common to work harder, not smarter when there are ways to reduce the amount of work and remain more efficient than the way things are now.

-No healthy work/life balance. -Managers were terrible, not as experienced or good at Technology and employees under them knew more -Accounting managers were micro-managers, but didn't take suggestions to make work easier for everyone -overworked -had to have 40 hours on paycheck, if you didn't work those 40 hours you had to use PTO, this was rough with kids. Had to use PTO instead of non-paid leave, leaving you with very little actual PTO when you wanted to take it. - VERY LOW sick pay and PTO
