Pros
They say they are committed to the community’s that surround them and it appears to be true in the greater Seattle area. They are still a little new for me to say they have given much to the Olympic Peninsula so far. They did spend a lot of money on fireworks in the beginning, which I personally think should have been given to the local Food Bank or some other charitable cause for our community.
Cons
There is a huge lack of communication from the management teams to their workers . Being informed is an important structure to the stability of the business being successful and admired.
