After NWP switched over to Prime360 the company environment went from bad to unbearable. Management from PWC came over and bullied there way into the company. The Leadership always claimed he had a open door however in meetings he would say this is not a democracy but instead it was a dictatorship. Based on the way he ran the department other leadership left and in his place a young female who was not very skilled as position hired for but easily controlled by leadership moved her into a leadership position and that showed she was incompetent to succeed in that role however she remains in that position to this day. All of leadership does not take the time to understand the responsibilities of those under them. Causing stress and not a very healthy work/life balance. Whenever you tried to reach out to HR they made it very clear they were not there to bring a balance but more so they are there to protect leadership against their abusive and inappropriate demeanors. If you were not friends with leadership and I mean friends to the point where you would go out to lunch with them or sit with them for lunch you were treated like you did not exist. For example when Leadership would leave their office they would walk around and speak friendly with certain people and bluntly ignore others. During meetings you could tell who had privy knowledge ahead of time and who was hearing about it for the fist time from leadership. It was very segregated and leadership made no effort to change it. After management from my area was fired Leadership brought in a man who on his resume has no AP experience to run the AR/AP department. Whenever you try and help this man he took it as combative. He refused to talk to the woman always said they were combative and would like to get direction from the men. You get the sense he is very sexist. In addition if you were to get a job in the accounting department please keep in mind your title might say AR/AP however the 2 men in the department also have the same title and do not have the AP responsibility nor could they help or assist you. For example a man who has been with the company for the less than a year and he has never been held accountable for handling his accounts in a timely manner. Be prepared for discrimination, sexist and segregation while working at Prime360 which is now 48Forty. This is just from the accounting department but it is the same in the brokerage department as well. The LCs are treated horribly and they have better stories to share. Furthermore do not expect to hear about any career opportunities, leadership has fired lots of people and moved others into those positions without informing the company as a whole of a possible new position becoming available. There is no ladder to claim unless you are on buddy buddy with leadership.
