Poor leadership that condones incompetency

Pros

Good pay and essential industry.

Cons

Horrid leadership, inept at making sound business decisions, wastes money, and overall is oozing with inexperience and greed. Lacks basic business acumen and professionalism. The biggest warning of all is the completely worthless IT department that destroys everything they work to improve upon.

Pros

The actual worker bees are great and fun to work with.

Cons

Too many managers and directors that do not know how to manage or lead. Very political and siloed. Work life balance was good but that is changing, and they are starting to force folks to come back into the office to simply sit in a chair. No collaboration and simply pointless to come into the office most days.
