Pros
This is the WORST company to work for. They will use different pay scales for individuals who are more qualified and less qualified, even though it’s the same job position. Many of the remaining workers are friendly with the manager and they get promoted based on that. I know many workers who quit after some time because they were overlooked for promotions. The people that are promoted are incompetent and slow. They don’t even know how to read emails correctly and are slow for absolutely no reason (Sherrell, Xenia, etc.). The level of incompetence is mind blowing, but upper management trusts that the head of the department will do the right thing. Upper management seems legitimate, but they put too much trust on the lower management to make the right choice. DON’T WORK HERE. I know several of my friends who are job hunting who got offers to come in to an interview for this company out of nowhere. They are CONSTANTLY hiring and firing, hence the reason they always use a hiring agency.

The whole company is a con. Upper management seems to be good, but they put too much trust on their lower management.
