      Horrible Place to Work...ZERO structure, Poor Management

      They have a serious turnover rate. CEO is very Professional and has a open door policy

      There is ZERO structure, management doesn't seem to have a plan or knowledge as the company is growing, I was hired on to help the E-Comm team and have additional projects, I was lead to believe that I would be a part of something new, and revolutionary, Instead it was just another position with false hopes, and again NO structure, Training was the worst I have ever seen in years. I have seen Management yelling at employees, and talking rude. They have a Software program that resembles DOS.. There are some really good people that work there, and I feel sorry for them.
