      Company was financially stable through Covid

      Cons

      Leadership is all about kissing up to whatever manager sells the most. They refuse to make the company conform to any sort of new process as they've done it that way since before computers were around.

      Pros

      Training program is great. You will learn things at 84 that can jumpstart your career in another field.

      Cons

      I’m writing this review for the 2nd time since 84 likes to delete negative reviews instead of taking action! You will work long hours at minimum 48hrs a week The company is Not diverse at all. They rarely hire minorities as managers and have discriminative policies in place that stops the promotion of minorities. If you don't make Quota you won't make decent money. The Quota system your bonuses are based on penalizes you for previous year achievements.

      Onboarding is a joke Same goes for the "technology" Pay out of pocket for low quality uniform Hostile work environment Store manager will hold you back Nepotism No exit interviews Leadership in this company does not exist If you're intelligent, are even the slightest bit professional, and have an ounce of self respect, do yourself a favor and work elsewhere.
