Constantly pushed to do more, learn so much, amazing feedback and push from boss

Can be overwhelming at times but it allows you to learn more than you can imagine

Pros

None to very little. Maybe trauma bonding with your coworkers.

Cons

No PTO - 5days and only get 2 more days after working there for 2 years. Terrible insurance coverage. Management treats horrendously and watched like hawks, can’t use the bathroom for more than 5 minutes. Owner will get your personal number without permission and contact you before/after work hours. Yells and belittles your work.
