      Pros

      - The medical benefits are pretty cheap. - Large regional presence. - Late model equipment.

      Cons

      - Lousy work-life balance. - The amount of work one puts in is never enough for these people. - Discombobulated dispatching. - Feels like a glorified regional long and short haul carrier more than anything. - OT paid after 45 hours instead of 40. - Disingenuous pay raises . - Late model equipment with all kinds of stupid "safety" features. - Every single yard has a different type of pay scale.

      The overtime was a pro

      Cons

      They hired an employe with no highschool diploma or g.e.d over someone that was in the service an served 4+ years. Pay was low for the work they wanted an expected out of you. You are timed on every job. You have to watch your back theres always going to be someone thats going to try throwing you under a bus to make them look good. If you are not close with management you are not going to make it far.
