      I can advance in the company and do many different things within the company besides a dock worker like a truck driver

      Pros

      A. Duie Pyle is by far THE BEST company I have worked for. I have been in management for many years and have worked for some of the top companies in the world and have never seen the CEO. Here at Pyle, he cares and is engaged and involved. This is a family business and although they are large, it still has that family feel. Best benefits around.

      Pros

      I can honestly say this company will advance you if you put the work and dedication into it. I started out in a part time role in the company and now am working full time making much more money than I started out with. They are flexible with my schedule in terms of allowing me to make up hours I've missed because I'm a single parent. My managers (I've had 3+ since my first day) have been communicative when I have problems and seem to care about me as a person.

      Cons

      The starting pay is probably lower than other companies. It takes awhile to implement new practices BUTI do feel that my team and managers care about me as a person.
