Pros

Coworkers and the benefits. Part time employees got a week of paid vacation each year (hours are based on the average hours worked per week)

Cons

Terrible management, outdated technology, hard to make lateral moves out of customer service. No employee annual reviews and raises were 2.5% across the board. Lots of nepotism!

Pros

The pay is decent but that's about it. There are some really good people but they are few and far between.

Cons

You are expected to produce perfection but the system they provide is flawed. If you aren't an insider, you are garbage. There is a core group that carries this place and the rest just ride our coattails. The company wants to come off as having a family atmosphere but that couldn't be further from the truth. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless they desperately need work.

Pros

Absolutely no PROs for working for a "family oriented" company with "culture". The place is a joke. The new ownership does nothing but lie & manipulate people.

Cons

Management is a joke. They consistently backstab anyone who "gets in the way" of their "grand plan". The salaries are no where near what they should be for the amount of work you have to put in.
