Home every night but late there's really not allot of pros at all

Cons

You are a number they claim to be a family company but can careless about there drivers . Allot of lies from management and treated like a kid . Being told bye dispatch to do unsafe things with a truck please note dispatch has no cdl and has never been in a truck .

Pay is pretty decent for the area, other employees are great to work with and always friendly.

Cons

Let go with no warning or reason, no real training and when there is multiple people try to tell you what to do, a lot of favoritism in the company. All about who you know and who you blow to get ahead.

Pay wasn't horrible, plenty of work to do, descent 401k

Cons

This company is by far the cheapest I ever worked for. Expect them to cut every corner they can to keep cost down. They'll work you to death without compensating or appreciating it. Highly disorganized. Will subcontract whenever they can just so they don't have to pay their own employees. No overtime till after 45 hrs. I'm not a union guy but with this company I totally see how unions get in.
