Pros

A/Z is a great place to work, we have been selected by the Hartford Courant as a Top Workplace in CT 3 times. We have a strong leadership team with lots of vision that keeps our company continually growing and in search of great people to add to our team. Our benefits and pay are highly competitive. A/Z has an engaging team environment, I thoroughly enjoy my work and my coworkers.

Cons

Working in construction you never know what kind of weather you might find yourself working in, however you can be assured that you will be working at the cleanest and safest job sites around.

I was able to get a paycheck to pay my bills. there is not a lot of growth with the company.

Cons

Every one has their own agenda. There was no training. They just assumed you knew what you were doing or people would talk about you.
