Salary, benefits and perks are very competitive.

Cons

Office is managed from our of state with only "puppets" regurgitating complaints to staff in state, in the form of bullying and harassment. Local management is minimal and doesn't care about the current projects. Company not actively seeking new projects locally. No support, no comaraderie. Management is often overheard talking and snickering about employees behind their backs, making Inappropriate comments.
