Management Sucks !!!

Good talented engineers working with great enthusiasm.

Cons

Low salary / pathetic executive management driving the company to ruins, esp the engineering heads. Engineers in dev / QA dont have any life....worst work hours, zero/minimum recognition (actually they make fun by paying pathetic bonus)

Worst company to work for

Pros

Growing company, good career opportunities, very fast paced so you can learn a lot in quick time

Cons

No work-life balance, you have to work very long hours on weekdays and also work weekends even though the company is no longer a startup but a mid-size company now, HR is a joke, product is worthless in front of F5 and Citirx, lawsuit from Brocade does not help either
