Pros

Tuition Reimbursement is the only thing that was good about that job. They are clueless and will pay for just about anything as long as you don't declare a major.

Cons

Lack of communication from management with any updates. Many times I would do something the way I always have then to be told I was doing it wrong and they don't do it that way any more, but no one ever mentioned that it was changed when it happened. Don't expect to get promoted unless you kiss ass or have someone in your family that is high up. People work so hard and take on extra responsibilities for hopes of a promotion that never happens. If you like being a robot and being told every word that your supposed to say then you'll love it here!

Pros

There are good people that work there for the most part. A lot of managers that care about their business and people that work for them, and contributors that thrive despite the culture.

Cons

Senior leadership has made it clear that they not only don’t care about people, but they are actively encouraging them to leave. They implemented forced work in the office out of nowhere, even for those that were hired to be remote. They disregarded any and all feedback, not caring that people were going to make less money because of things like wage tax, not to mentioned added commute. Then they changed vacation policy for 2026, making it very difficult for any one to take time off over the holidays. Overall they are cheap with salaries and archaic in terms of technology they invest in. It is a shame because good people work hard there but SLT clearly doesn’t care. The turnover is bad and they don’t replace people. SLT has made their mission clear to workers and don’t want to hear any thing else about it.

Pros

Still thinking. Give me a few....

Cons

Out of touch upper management. Doesn't walk their talk with company initiatives for diversity, appreciation, and advancement.
