Pros

This organization has attracted some fantastic, smart employees. I've learned a lot from my coworkers and made lifelong friends. I also believe in the mission of the organization.

Cons

Communications from HR/management can be stressful and confusing, and the uncertainties surrounding the pandemic have not improved matters.

Pros

Great location downtown and close to septa. Great benefits! I was fortunate to find a rare opportunity to promote to from my previous position. Many people stay here for years and teams are small.

Cons

With some employees staying for so long, fewer opportunities for growth and some antiquated ways of thinking or processes. The technology should be updated.
