      Pros

      benefits are great, medial and dental coverage plans offer multiple options for coverage, costs are very reasonable also.

      Cons

      can be a challenge getting answers from broker, but in house admin is very responsive and helpful.

      Pros

      The only nice thing I can say about this place is that the location is excellent. The office at 6th and Chestnut is conveniently located near public transportation, amazing restaurants, shopping, and fun spots for happy hour after work. (Not that you could take advantage of much of it, since the CEO has a taskmaster mentality that trickles down to all management levels and ruins pretty much any chance you have of taking a lunch break or leaving work on time.)

      Cons

      Where should I begin? The CEO loves herself, her whole self, and nothing but herself, so help the rest of us. The pay and benefits are mediocre for any average, non-leadership staff member and the turnover rate is very high for a reason. You can expect minimal respect for your personal life or time outside of work, and the demand for night/weekend/holiday work is high if you are in a department that travels for the AACR's conferences and special events. Do yourself a favor and don't bother accepting a job offer here.
