      Truly harder to find any pros as my time with this company goes on

      Another year where management sends an email sharing that performance evaluations and raises are delayed by two months. While employees do just know to expect this, it doesn’t minimize how insulting + cowardly it is. I’d encourage all employees to view the top salaries at AACR on ProPublica. It is public information all employees should know.

      They do it that way because it's always been that way. Bureaucracy at its finest, micromanaging galore. You can't listen to anything in headphones while working in the office...you must bring your own coffee to brew....
