none. I left quickly after being hired.

Cons

The pay is minimal, but you only have 4 reports or so to run per month. Even then, your work is that of a someone who has years of data analytics experience. Was also framed as an editorial job, it was not.

Office was pretty, the work was definitely interesting

Awful culture. The organization has no interest in improving this, either. Would cry at work at least once a week.
