      Pros

      They have a great 401K plan, ability to learn many jobs and/or school classes, great people to work with.

      Cons

      They don't care about their employees, keep asking for more and more without giving you anything for it.

      Pros

      The leads and the co-workers I worked with were dedicated to making processes better. Good people with good ideas.

      Cons

      It was "expected" by upper management that you would cover your own duties and then cover the poorly done jobs in other departments as well. Made for a highly stressfull, pressurized work environment. Turnover was very high.
