      Good starting pay depending on position, quarterly profit sharing bonus, and support for non-English speakers. They hire just about anybody.

      Cons

      Awful management, work conditions, and employee relations. People get hired on and often get fired soon after due to disagreements or strict attendance policies, so you are constantly training new people and have inexperienced seniors.
