The overtime isn't bad. Extra curricular activities activities for employees and their families

Cons

No room for advancement. The pay is poor. The insurance sucks. But, they'll expect you to go above and beyond for the company.

Despite the health care benefits the compensation benefits are fairly good. There is a good mix of equity, cash, and profit sharing at all levels.

Cons

The company is growing and changing for the better. However there are some departments that are lagging behind in the change and make day to day operations challenging
