I enjoyed my time at AAON and was sad to leave for personal reasons.

Cons

Upper management was going through a transitional period, but I think they will ultimately figure things out.

I do not see any positive here.

Cons

Ruled by uneducated long time so called managerial people. They will destroy the company. There is no room for any new comer. The long term employee will treat you as a threat for their job. The leadership does not know what they are doing. You will see the reflect in their stock price.

I didn't see any good reasons to work for Aaon.

Cons

Low pay, cut back in wages. Business fluctuates. Very high turnover rate. Overworked and severely underpaid.
